Opening of Malmö's international design festival

SSDD Studio at Main location, Lokstallarna

With a packed program at more than 70 different locations in Malmö, the city will be filled with design. At Thursday 23 May, 11.00 am, the doors to Southern Sweden Design Days' Main location will open in the old railway workshops Lokstallarna in Kirseberg, Malmö. The festival runs until May 26. The entire program can be discovered at southernswedendesigndays.com

Lokstallarna serves as a gathering place for the design festival with over 6,000 m² of exhibition space, workshops for children and a food court. On Thursday and Friday, visitors can enjoy a wide range of panel discussions, seminars and interviews in SSDD Studio.

Exciting activities are taking place around the city – exhibitions, outdoor installations, seminars, workshops and open houses. This year's program spreads from Limhamn in the west to Arlöv in the east.

Southern Sweden Design Days is organised by Form/Design Center in Malmö – the main venue for architecture, design and craft in southern Sweden.
